La Grange to Welcome Milk Money Brewing

History will soon be made in La Grange, IL, where residents prepare to welcome the village’s very first brewery - with a twist.

Brothers Lucas and Matt Bumba are the culinary pros behind the concept of Milk Money Brewing, which will offer organic, locally sourced food paired with their very own house beer. They have decades of combined experience, including time spent working in the Disney culinary realm and running La Grange’s local brunch spot, Solstice.

I was lucky enough to preview a few of their beers, and today, they announced their resident head brewer, Erik Pizer.

A GABF award-winning brewer, Erik has spent time brewing at both 350 Brewing and Rock Bottom. The residents of La Grange and the Chicagoland beer community couldn’t be more excited to welcome him to the neighborhood.
